Constructed from local sandstone, decorated with polished blue gum and furnished with sumptuous leather lounges, The Hermitage offers a level of luxury and comfort rarely found in Sydney restaurants. A doube fronted open fire place for Winter, and a relaxing country style verandah for the warmer months only add to the wonderful atmosphere.
The Hermitage employs three chefs with fine dining backgrounds, creating a quailty of cuisine which stands at the forefront of upmarket Sydney dining at prices that will pleasantly surprise you.
